We are excited about the changes happening at Bio Sculpture Australia, and the opportunities that will be made available to our lovely Bio Sculpture technicians across Australia. Bio Sculpture is always looking at ways to provide superior nail care products and service offering to the industry. By merging the individual regional Bio Sculpture offices into a central distribution centre, it will allow Bio Sculpture to offer technicians promotions and services that were simply not possible before. This includes better promotions, loyalty programs and tailored training and workshops. Sydney was the chosen location given its central location and existing infrastructure in place.

As a Bio Sculpture technician you will receive better promotions, access to our soon to be released loyalty rewards program, more tailored workshop and educational programs, as well as exciting new product developments. All local training, workshops and world-class customer support will continue as normal.

We have tried to keep things business as usual, however some aspects of operations will be effected by the merging of our offices.

From 1 July 2017, all orders will be shipped from Bio Sculpture’s Head Office in Sydney. This means that there may be some changes to your delivery times – for more information on delivery please see the “ORDERS” section below.

All orders will be dispatched from Bio Sculpture’s offices in Sydney from 1 July 2017. All training, customer support and promotional activities will continue as normal.
Absolutely not – Highly skilled Bio Sculpture Educators will still be providing personal services and training as in the past, and the staff at our Sydney office are well trained and dedicated educators, technicians and consultants who will be able to answer any product or technical queries you may have. Product will continue to be supplied to our Technicians and Salons in the prompt, efficient and professional manner that they have become accustomed to.
You will now be looked after by Bio Sculpture Australia Head Office, who have been the importer for Bio Sculpture Gel for over 20 years.  All operations will now be run out of the existing Bio Sculpture NSW and ACT Training and Distribution Centre, and we have a well-trained and dedicated team of Bio Sculpture educators, and consultants on hand to assist you.


Training will be held in the same areas across Australia as before. A calendar with updated training locations and dates will be sent out over the coming weeks.
We will endeavour to commit to all scheduled training, however should the need arise, some changes may be required. If you have booked in for training, we will confirm all training within the coming weeks. For any questions, please email or call our toll free number 1300 BIO GEL (246 435).

Your existing Bio Sculpture educators will still be providing ongoing training and education services. Highly experienced educators will also be introduced overtime into your area to offer a wider range of refresher and workshop training options.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Some areas may experience slightly increased delivery times due to warehouse operations moving to Sydney.

There will no be change to current standard freight/shipping charges, however some remote areas may incur slightly higher rates. If you would like more information about freight charges, please contact us at or by calling 1300 BIO GEL (246 435).
