Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in EVO Name Game Competition 2018 (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. WHO MAY ENTER: The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are those who (i) are residents of Australia or New Zealand over 18 years of age, (ii) are certified Bio Sculpture technicians, or approved stockists of Bio Sculpture Gel products (iii) are not (a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this Competition, or (b) members of the immediate family of any such employees or contractors. “Immediate family” means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
  3. The Competition commences 26th March 2018 and ends 23:59 (AEDST) 23rd of April 2018.
  4. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the Competition is free.
  5. To enter, individuals must post a manicure image with the name of the Evo colour used on Facebook and/or instagram social media platforms. All manicures should be done on actual nails, no tips or stix will be considered. Entries should include a full set – at least 8 nails to be clearly visible on the photograph. Any nail length and shape will be accepted. In their post, the individual must include the hastags #MYEVOGELAUS and #MYEVONAME as well as state their name choice for the new Evo colours and include a short description of why a new Evo bottle should carry this name.An Evo colour should be the main focus and only qualified Bio Sculpture & Evo Nail Technicians may enter. All manicures should be done on actual nails, no tips or stix will be considered and ONLY Bio Sculpture or Evo products may be used.
  6. The top 5 entries from Australia, decided by the promotor, will be posted on the Bio Sculpture Australia Facebook page, www.facebook.com/biosculpture and www.facebook.com/groups/BioAusNZTechZone/
  7. The final 6 winning entries will then be selected by a panel of Bio Sculpture International judges based on skill & originality of submission.
  8. Winners will be announced on the official Bio Sculpture Australia Facebook page, www.facebook.com/biosculpture and Instagram page www.instagram.com/biosculptureaus. The winners will be selected at the sole discretion of the promoter.
  9. The Winner of the Competition will receive:

A fee bottle of Evo Gel Colour with their name on in.

  1. The Winners will be notified by direct message once the competition has completed. If the Winner cannot be contacted within 21 days of the relevant draw, the promoters reserve the right at their absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner based on another successfully competition entry, or be selected at the sole discretion of the Promoter (depending on which Winner could not be contacted).
  2. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries, whether due to technical or connectivity problems, or otherwise.
  3. The Prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
  4. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. Entrants and Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
  6. The Promoters’ reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions, or cancel the Competition at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond their reasonable control.
  7. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking and/or use of a prize.
  8. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
  9. Australian law applies and the Australian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
  10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
